I have found some bugs, when extruding faces, if hidden edges options are activated they disappear while making the extrusion or moving the faces, when you stop hidden edges shows up again, also when using linear pattern sometimes at certain camera angles the displacement and quantity tag/window disappears, also with the last update I don´t like that much that when using translate tool I am only allowed to select edges or vertex or faces, previously I was able to select anywhere I want ans also see how much distance was the object about to move now I can´t see that anymore, also when extruding a face now it takes more time on the workflow, every time I move a face I have to click or hit accept or escape key? Guys please don´t forget that shapr3D is a CAD Program that has one of the fastest, simplest and easy to use workflows, with the last updates I feel like this is starting to be more like a Fusion360 CAD boring, not intuitive or fast, every steps now gets more steps to be completed and I feel like it´s unnecesary, at least allow us to activate or deactivate this new functions… ---

Hey Jeriz. This is the first time I’ve ever been on this forum as it’s the first time I’ve needed to voice an opinion. I’ve used Shapr3D daily for the past 2 years and some change. I’ve built an entire product design tudio, taught classes to hundreds about the ins and outs of the program, and even trained my own employees to use it for design for advanced 3D-printing and fabrication. This last update consisting of the parameter cards and ‘bug fixes’ has completely ruined my experience and is causing friction like never before. Most shortcuts don’t work anymore, like Project from a face, or S to scale. I find myself having to use my mouse to click the right function on the left side of the screen instead of simply pressing a hotkey, which for some odd reason, are sometimes unusable. Extrude now extrudes both ways as default, which is totally ridiculous (why would anyone ever want to extrude a face both ways as standard?) I would appreciate a way to go back to my old version, or your attention to smoothing out these changes. This isn’t a small fix or slight functional change - I feel that 20-30% of my workflow has been affected with zero options to change. If it’s at all possible, make the parameter cards an option, not a standard. Some of us (and I do believe most of us based on the feedback from my peers), dislike this new update totally. Thank you, and sorry if this came across as rude. I absolutely love everything about Shapr3D and all of the opportunities it has created for me, but I can’t get behind this new feel. ---

Please for the love of god let us go back, todays update is dogshit. I deeply regret allowing the update and frankly don’t even want to use this program anymore, because now I can’t. Seriously what did you guys do? Bug fixes? No, you totally changed how everything works. Refund time ---

Please allow us to use an older version of Shapr3d. or make it to where parameter cards are not forced. when selecting edges it is very buggy as well with extruding. PCards also feels a lot slower compared to the previous version. ---

Hey all! We understand that this is a big change, and as always big changes can cause issues and frustration. Our goal is to make sure that we leverage the benefits of the new way as much as possible while working on fixing the things that are causing frustration. [This article](https://www.shapr3d.com/content-library/how-parameter-cards-will-help-you-design-better) and the video explains the changes. The best thing for us would be to have a list of things you believe are to be improved, and a list of things you actually like. If you are up for any discussion, let us know and we are happy to reach out. We will keep an eye out here and in other communities as well. ---

I use the move/rotate to duplicate objects and test variations via the ‘copy’ option. I’m sure I could always change the objects I used the copy command on later on in history, so adding more objects or deleting some. Why was this option taken out? The card now only shows ‘auto-orientation’ ?? And indeed, why were some keyboard shortcuts like P for project discarded? The P doesn’t seem to be used by another function… ---

I quite like the new parameter cards, especially when enabled on tool start. It saves me from having to e.g. perform an extrude and then go to history in order to change the angle etc. However, when editing a history operation, I at first struggled to find the cancel button. I feel like the done and cancel buttons should be part of the card. Having them outside on the canvas, potentially far away from the card, feels like weird UX to me. Other than that, I also like the new perpendicular marking in sketches (at least I think it’s new?) but I have a feeling some of the constraints are being automatically applied even tho auto constraints is turned off. Also, when nothing is selected, there are basically two Visualize buttons, one at the top of the toolbar, one below Tools. Is it really that crucial of a tool? Plus the colorful button sticks out from the monochrome tool icons like a sore thumb. But I have to say, I find it strange all this has priority over for example improving sketching tools like adding filets, fixing history sorting etc. Maybe this is why people seem a bit salty. ---

I Just want there to be an option to where I don’t have to use Parameter cards at all or a way I can use an older version. ---

The best thing you guys can do is to either revert the update Make it too where we are not being forced to use PCards or… Give us an option to use whatever version of Shapr3d we want. The issue I have is when extruding and then unioning shapes and then to selecting edges
