# 3d printed project

Hello, shapr 3d community i am modeling my project and am having troubles making that thread with the twisting knob on top and that little oval ish clamp to hold the object down and just csnt figure out how to get this acomplished.

Any help is much appreciated. Please and thankyou!

Hi Cole,

For the threads, you will use the **revolve** tool. This video should help. There are several other videos on YouTube as well.
