I’m trying to make a chute for an object to drop through. At the end of the chute I want to change its orientation when it comes to a final stop. In the photos, I marked the start location and orientation of the part in green and the final placement is in red. This model is showing the travel of the part and will be subtracted from the full model to form the chute.

I have been able to use extrude, loft, sweep, and revolve to get the basic concept of rotating from one orientation to another but it is not exactly what I’m after.

Is there a better way to essentially loft two bodies together and create a new body that encompasses the **max material** as it transitions from one orientation to the other? I want this shape to provide the exact clearance and simultaneously guide the part through rotation and final location in as compact amount of space as possible.

**Final Placement**

- Y-axis -15mm
- Z-axis -37mm
- Rotated 90 degrees around the Z-axis
- Tilted 30 degrees in the X-axis

This is what I have in mind but I don’t know how to loft the bodies together.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
