I noticed that when I delete a sketch, the body associated with it also disappears. Is this a bug? Or can it be changed in the settings?

That’s by design. It came as part of parametric modeling. If you don’t mind losing the parametric history. you can go into the history sidebar and collapse history. You’ll be given the option to keep or delete sketches.

Thank you, it’s solved!! There was a yellow dot on the history icon, but I didn’t care.
