# Account works on iPad and iMac but not on my windows laptop

Hi there I have bin using Shapr3D for quite a while now and expanded from using it only on my iPad to also using it on my iMac and I have to say it works a treat which is why I wanted to also use it on my windows laptop. Although the premium subscription should be able to handle windows and IOS it does not. Whenever I log into my windows device with my only Shapr3D account (which on all the other devices is premium) it only functions as a basic subscription. All my design are synchronized but I can only access two most recent ones. Cresting a new design or saving something also does not work. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.
