# Adding students to my EDU account

Hello there,

I seem to be struggling with adding students to my shapr3d account. When I try to add a student with their school email I get an “Invitation is unavailable at the moment.” error. Has anyone else encountered this before? I need to collaborate with my students on the same project and so adding them is necessary. Any thoughts?
