# Adobe Illustrator to shapr3d plane

Anybody know how to take an Adobe illustrator vector file, and import as a shapr3d construction plane. Can it be done and with what file format?

still new to this but I’ve exported the letters in. adobe illustrator after converting to a outline and getting the path and the simplifed it the export it DWG I am able to use it in shapr3d you may want to use Dwg as the format file.
