e a new Topic

So. Im working on some engine parts and im moving things around. I need to create circles inside circles that are already made to remove or add material. They need to use the exact same center point. I make a circle inside my circle thats already made and i need it to share the center point. I use the align tool and sometimes it works perfectly and it moves my new circle to align with the part other times it moves the part to align with the circle. When that happens my multiple models are out of alignment.

Better use the traslate tool if the parts not full circle, because the centerpoints calculated by the area.
