I have an imported mesh (STL) I would like to align to XYZ of the model. I have added planes from 3 points, then midplanes and an axis—my expectation is to be able to use that for alignment, but I cannot. I can only ‘eyeball’ alignment, but given this is a 3D scan, I would prefer automatic alignment for accuracy and speed. If anyone has a method I can use, it would be appreciated.
