# App crash problems

Hi Guys
I’m experiencing intermittent crashes where I can’t close Shapr and need to shut down iPad, restart and then open the App (I’m on version 3.33.0)
I also seem to have intermittent periods where no folders can’t be seen. If I close the project and reopen there are visible again
I’m guessing others have experienced these issues so sorry I I have missed a fix

OK, I now have latest version which I guess will sort problems…3.53.0 . but had to manually download… Auto update doesn’t seem to be working.
