# App crashes repeatedly when opening a design

Hi,  
I need help. I‘m not able to open a design because the app crashes repeatedly. Even after a restart of the IPad it doesn’t work.  
Other designs open well.  
Any suggestions what to do?

Hi, please extract the file using iTunes following the steps below:

1. Plug your iPad to your desktop, open iTunes.
2. Click on the tablet icon on the top left
3. Open the Shapr3D app from the list, also in the left

Then please send the workspace file to [support@shapr3d.com](mailto:support@shapr3d.com). We will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
