# App crashing when opening design

Hi,

Several of my designs can not be opened anymore. The app crashes after trying to load the design.

I have never had this problem with the designs before. I am running the latest version of Shapr3d, latest version of iOS. Have restarted the iPad and the app several times.

What can I do? Kinda stressed out right now.

As it will take some time to pass the App Store review, we will send you an internal build with the fix, that you can use until the new version goes live in the App Store.
