# Arc locked

ARC constraints.  
I have created an arc. Copied and moved it. Now need to make some minor adjustments but I can’t get the constraints to switch off. I can adjust the actual dimensions but moving the points(ends) is not allowed.  
How is that achieved. All the lock symbols are open but it won’t move!
