# Area selection options also include Sketch

Currently Area selection does not include Sketch.

It would be great if sketch was included in this list.

You have to go to sketch mode of a specific sketch, then do area select. There you can also select f. Ex. Points or lines etc. Or if you want to extrude a lot of sketches at once, you can just press tab until it “faces” is selected and then extrude. Just saying.

Thinking in this situation it could be useful just selecting the sketches so I can group them into a folder.

Alternative is select all body, grouping them and hide it. After bodies are hidden I selected the sketches and group them. So I thought area selection could includes sketches as well.
