# Big File Download Crash

I am using an iPad Pro and I want to sit a lithopane upright on a .5mm rectangle. When this works, it prints much better. But for the last few days, when I try to download the stl file ( 190MB) Shapr looks like it is downloading the file, but after about 30-60sec it crashes. My wireless signal is great, showing 170+ Mbps. I thought it might be memory issues with my iPad, but i checked and my iPad has 256GB capacity and has 205 GB still free. Should be enough.

Hi @Leroy , I’m really sorry to hear that. Can you try exporting to 3MF instead of STL?

The litho site makes the litho from a picture. It only saves it as stl.
