# Boolean failed on screw

Hi,
did several time this screw. I now get this Boolean file error and have no clue why.

Hi,
Usually it happens when zero thickness bodies would be created by the operation, which aren’t supported by Shapr3D.
To find the exact part, please open a support ticket at [https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new](https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and upload your model in .shapr format, we are happy to help.
Alternatively, you can download standard screws (best case in .step or .x\_t format), and use them in your model, so you don’t have to create them yourself.

Thanks for your quick support. I changed the model and it does work. Unfortunately the one what did not work is now overwritten…I still don’t understand why it did not work but anyway thanks…next time I will upload the file.
