In Settings \> Data Settings the “Done” button and the “Return to Drawing” buttons do not work. Required shutdown to clear

Could you give some more information about the issue?  
I need the following to investigate:

- The app version
- The OS version
- The device you are using
- A short video or steps which you took before the problem happened
