# Can 3DSharp simulate weight constraints? (Bike frame project)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on designing a bicycle frame and I would like to run some simulations to test how it would handle different weight loads and stress points.

Does anyone know if **3DSharp** is capable of simulating **weight constraints or mechanical stress** on a 3D model? I want to make sure the frame is structurally sound before moving forward with any prototyping.

If not, do you have any recommendations for alternative tools that are beginner-friendly and good for this kind of simulation?

Hi,

Shapr3d can‘t run any simulations, nor constraints. As to what software you might use, I have no idea. I have been searching for one myself, but I haven’t found one yet.
