# Cannot draw a spline.....?

i press the straight line point and move the point. the straight line keeps in straight line…orz||||  
i cann’t make the spline…Σ(lliдﾟﾉ)ﾉ  
why?  
please tell me why(๑•́ ₃ •̀๑)

Don’t lift off the Pencil from the screen. Just press it and keep moving the Pencil.

Here’s a video that can help you.

Two tips:

- press with the Apple Pencil, but don’t pick it up. make sure it has contact with the screen
- after you press, don’t keep pushing the pencil. you need to release the pressure, but make sure to keep contact with the screen

thanks a lot!!! i drew the spline!!!｡:.ﾟヽ(\*´∀`)ﾉﾟ.:｡  
ヽ(∀ﾟ )人(ﾟ∀ﾟ)人( ﾟ∀)人(∀ﾟ )人(ﾟ∀ﾟ)人( ﾟ∀)ﾉ  
but, i need to press on the screen very strongly that the app sense the pen pressure.  
beside, the spline’s point is difficult to draw correctly follow the sketch line(sketch paper) (๑•́ ₃ •̀๑)  
i need to divid the spline into more than two lines?

Currently you cannot connect two splines directly, so you have to draw a spline with one line.

It takes a little practice, we know. But you can move the control points of the spline later. That helps a lot to perfectly position the line.

You can also set the required pencil pressure in the menu in the lower right corner
