# Cannot get password reset link 2.0

I have student license and downloaded macOS version today. Could not log in so I tried to reset password through the website, did not work. Then I tried to change it from ipad, could not. I then logged out from ipad to send the password reset link, but did not work. Now im logged out from all the devices and cant log in. What should I do?
