# Cannot get password reset link

Hey guys,

I cannot get a password reset code, and the app will not allow me to use it without logging in. Please send me a password reset code so I can access my drawings!

Hello, Please try to reset your account password directly from the application as shown below using your username(email address). Let me know if you are not still able to reset your password after you give this a try.
