# Can't Buy License

I can’t buy a license via the website. The only options are Free, then the others require a “14 day Trial” but after that there isn’t a place to come back to and buy a license. There are no features in my account tab to buy either. I can update payment info on an existing account, but not reinstate a previous one or reactivate one. Why is there such a lack in basic features? How do I get a subscription reinstated?

Hi @aarsyth, just to make sure I understand correctly: you did have a subscription, and you want to reactivate it, right?
