# Cant login

I have an issue. I downloaded shapr3d and did the tutorial. But now I am stuck in loading screen for logging in and when I press sign up, it doesnt launch browser. Then i press try again and do the whole procedure again and nothing happens.

Hello! Please [open a support ticket](https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and send us the following information:

- the email address you registered your Shapr3D account
- the hardware and software specs of the machine you are using
- a screen recording of the issue
- the version number of Shapr3D you are using
