# Can't Sign in to Upgrade to Pro from App

Hi, I am able to sign into the forum, but after downloading the app onto my new iPad Pro, when trying to upgrade to the Pro version, it says it does not recognize my email or my same password for that matter. I’m not sure what to do. Thanks kindly, Gerry

Just noticed that I can do this by email so will contact Shapr3D that way.

The forum and the App run on two different login systems at the moment.

So you need to create an account for both of these.
