# Circle to square transition in a 3d rectangle

I am trying to create a shape from a 3d rectangle by converting one of the square ends into a circle. The shape would then have a square face, a circle face, and there needs to be smooth transitions along the sides. I cant find anything in the tutorial that helps me. I am new to this so I may have missed it.

Can anybody help?
