**The problem that this feature will solve:**

Currently difference is visual and you can’t extrude construction lines.

**Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:**

Could we add more features to the construction lines to make it even more useful?

- Constructions lines detach from regular sketch layer to form a new Construction Layer.
- All sketches snap to Construction Lines.
