Cannot rotate construction plane independently of axis it was created on? I created a plane, offset from center, rotated it 22.5 deg on center axis. When I try to rotate it, it rotates on the plane I created it from instead of itself.

Grab the center dot of the rotation “gizmo” and move the target reference around a little.
You’ll notice that it will change the plane the arrows point in reference to how you want to move it, depending on what the gizmo is targeting (surface, edge, sketch) if that makes sense.

I used to pull my hair out until I learned that little trick. Hope this helps.

That is a great workaround. Thanks. Shift the center dot away and back. I still think it’s a bug though. 🙃
