I am sharing this work in the hope that someone can guide me on how to “correctly” round the angles of the Corner Fittings… and thus produce Corner Castings, such as the Bloxwich Models (images attached).

You can loft 3 layers of sketch, also you can utilize Variables for fine tuning.

Hi there
All three of these processes kind of get you there.
The one I have attached is a simple case of put a sketch to each face of the block.
Draw a corner ARC that is snapped to the edge of the block.
Set these ARCs to be 90 degrees fixed.
Set all three to have a Variable as the common radius (to allow easy change in the History panel)
Now loft between two faces using the third face curve as the path.
Boolean subtract the two bodies to get the cut away.
Now add fillets on the corners and set those to variable control.
You now have a completely controllable model.

Problem with this is the bottom is not smooth.

Nein ich benutzte die Funktion Loft nicht. Für mich als Anfänger ist diese Funktion unkontrollierbar. Oder besser gesagt ich weiß nicht genau ich diese Funktion nützen soll.
Ich bin erst am Anfang dieses Programm zulernen irgendwann werde ich die Funktion loft mal lernen.

Ich glaube, die Corner Castings sind aus Stahlguss hergestellt und hat diese spezielle Ecke, während die Corner Fittings sind aus Aluminiumguss hergestellt und hat nur abgerundete Kanten (Filet Edges). Aber ich habe nicht 100% richtig.
