# Creating Rough Surface Like Moon

Hello all,

I’m hoping to get some guidance on your thoughts on how I can achieve a bumpy surface like the moon. I attached an image of the texture I am going for. This surface will be on a flat rectangle. To be clean, I need this texture to be on the 3D model, and not applied afterward in rendering software. I’m not worried about the color, just the surface texture. Thanks in advance.

Use a different program. This is not “feasible” in a CAD modeler.
