Wanted to use loft to make this cylinder like shape, but I need another way to fill in the curves. How do I do this?

I wasted days to figure out my loft error. And I was sure I was correct.
It’s all about ensuring the lines are intersecting, for me anyways.

I was so sure it was intersecting I was willing to fight. I find it hard at times to get the intersecting sign to show. I am using a Microsoft Surface Pro 9. When watching videos, it seems like the Ipad users are having an easier time.

Or maybe they are just better than me. ☺

One thing to note with Lofting like that is that it’s better to use Fit when joining the Spline, instead of Control. There shouldn’t be any problems if Fit is ticked.
