# Cut/paste text

I often find myself needing to move a body a certain distance that has a lot of decimal places. Unfortunately, the text system in Shapr is very closed. It’s currently impossible to copy/paste a measurement or a value outside the app into a move/rotate field, which means I have to manually transcribe the value, which is error-prone.

Please consider adding text copy/paste.
