# Data wiped after switching account

Hi, please do assist me in this situation.
My subscription expired, i decided to switch to my company email/account for shapr3d but all my data from previous account are gone!
Is there any way to retrieve it?
Please do help me.

Hi @JWDesign, if you have not removed Shapr3D from the device, all of your designs should be there on the machine. Please contact us on our [support channel](https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), let us know both email addresses you have for the old and the new account, we will sort it out.

Thank you very much, i logged in with old account and with all data in it. i have already exported all my data out
