# Deck Design

I am building a deck. I could not find a good way to hang the gutter under the deck. So I designed a custom under-deck gutter hanger and it worked out great. Still need to get the downspouts properly finished.

I also used Shapr3D to estimate the number of pavers I needed and it tuned out almost exactly right:

I designed the deck itself in SketchUp since the Trimble warehouse has almost all the bracjets and fasteners in its 3D warehouse. Pretty sure that part would have taken forever in Shapr3D.
