If any one knows how to make a curve in sketch start at one point, end at another point and pass through a third point I’d love to know.

I had to abandon another modeling attempt over basic geometry.

Does this help?

Excellent, thankyou very much. That will save the day. You can see that we should be able to just select the 3 points and the curve is resolved as in every other package I have used, but that is an awesome work around.

You’re welcome. I agree it would be nice to simply select 3 points to make a circle and hopefully it will be implemented one day. In the meantime this works.

Thanks TM, I really want S3D to work for me, but every time I try I wind up running back to SpaceClaim where one of the most powerful features is when creating a sketch you can pick up lines from objects anywhere in the model which then become lines projected normal to the new sketch. This way it is easy to build new parts from previous part details and sketches. Im finding that sketches over previous sketches in S3D become entangled, so changes to new sketches alter the earlier sketch. Am I missing something?
