# Dimensions and planimetry

Hello there,
I need to retrieve planimetry from my designs, and the best way I have found is showing sketches and taking screenshots. I wonder if there are a way it can be done in a easier way and with better results.
I tried exporting DWG and STP files and uploading in Autodesk 360 Viewer cloud platform but results are very poor in terms of planimetry information.
Maybe is important to comment that I am a Window 10 Beta version user.
I hope someone has a better idea to resolve my necessity.

Hi @mhrecaldeb, the Drawing tool will be available soon for Windows users too. With the help of that, you will be able to export proper, dimensioned projected views of the models.
