I’d love to be able to select a line (or multiple and select a divide icon to equally divide the line by a number I set. I can have one number Ron one line and separate number on another.

Please follow the format below for requesting a feature.

**The problem that this feature will solve:**

This will enable me, particularly when designing windows, doors, brickwork etc to divide the space equally for window panes, door panels, even angled brickwork.

**Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:**

This feature would enable me to quickly Crete equal units without having to calculate a distance and manually divide it and then create a line or rectangle and then pattern it, to then work out that I haven’t entered the correct amount of digits.

**What can’t you achieve without this feature?**

Calculating is hard and a click and divide (by any number) will speed up processes of making grids.

Until we get variables and math, this might save you a little bit of time and eliminate math errors. You just need to type in the total distance, and the number of desired sections ( plus 1 because each section requires a line on either side).

Thank you. I’ll use that for now 🙂
