I have been trying to model an eccentric reducer as per ASME 16.9 dimensions and shape, please, if anyone has the guidelines how to do it; is much appreciated, thanks in anticipation!

Check [McMaster.com](http://McMaster.com)

They have several eccentric reducers with cad model downloads for free.
They also have the drawings, if you’re wanting to try and model it to spec yourself.

As much as I enjoy modeling, if there is a downloadable asset available, I’m more than likely going to use it.

Here’s a simple approach. Note that all dimensions are arbitrary.

In addition to @TigerMike’s solution, you can also try out using guides to your loft to fully control the curvature.
