# Doesn't open account with work projects

The last time I worked in the program was in June, in the basic limited version, today I decided to go again, program ask me to enter my email address, but last time I worked from an Apple account, what should I do to get my projects back?

Hi, I can’t say for sure, but there is no evidence that I registered using email, there are no letters in the mailbox. When I try to recover my password by entering my email address, nothing arrives in my inbox or spam. When I decided to try to register again, the program calmly confirmed this email address without writing that such an account already existed.

I assume that previously the program allowed you to work using an Apple account, like Game Center in Apple Arcade games. But that’s just my version! and one more fact, there is no saved Shapr3D account in the Apple ID passwords, this once again proves that I did not use my email when registering in June!
