# Doesn't Preview Visualization - PC Version

I imported a model I made in Shapr3D, and clicked the visualization button. I got the visualization options, but there was no preview of the model in the window as shown on the youtube instructions for the iOS version.  
I thought it could be a problem with the import, so I made a block in the Beta Software. I have the same issue. I’m confused as to why I get this issue, but I dont see it anywhere else posted on the forum.
