# Don’t have the snap pop up on my download program

I just notice that the ability to turn off the snap on my laptop is not ther it only shows the grid assist tab. Is it possible that the download was incomplete. I have several designs I’ve created and don’t want to loss them if I have to down load the program again. Or is there a fix you can help me with.
