# Drawing dissapeared

Opened one of my drawings this morning and the preview looked correct but as soon as it loaded, the whole thing disappeared. What gives?

For us to be able to see what’s going on, best would be to export it in SHAPR format, but you need to be a pro user to do that:

1. Tap on the Share button on the Top Bar
2. Tap on **Save as…**
3. Tap on **SHAPR**

Says it can’t be exported because it’s empty?

Is it possible that only the thumbnails are messed up? Can you try opening other workspaces?

also please try double tapping on the cube in the upper right corner. it resets the camera to a position where all your workspace is visible. if that doesn’t help, check Groups (left menu) and Sketches (second tab in groups). if that’s empty, we have a problem.

Other workspaces open fine. This one has just vanished.

Yup, reset the view. All layers are gone also. I think there is a problem.
