# Error opening designs in mobile

Good morning!

My clients and I are having problems with the visualization in the mobile phone of the designs I do.

Once I share the link with them, the load screen goes from 0 to 98% pretty quickly but it suddenly stops and the following error appears:

And it is not just with one specific design, is with all of them.

I do not know why but the visualization problem ocurrs just in the mobile phones, if my clients open the link from the PC they can visualize it correctly.

Any help?
