# Exporting from Maya into Shapr3D file haves not data?

Hello,

I’ve been trying to export from Maya to use the file into Shapr3D as a “STEP\_ATF” but when ever I import it into the app nothing shows up. I was wondering if there was something I was doing wrong?

Maya is a polygonal modeler, and polygonal data can not be imported to Shapr yet, but in a few weeks you will be able to import that data as well.
