# Exporting the model doesn't work

Exporting models does not work when you try to export them again. I have to reload the application each time.

Can you please give us some further information in a [Support ticket](https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)?

- The version of Shapr3D you are using as shown under your Settings

ios: 17.5.1  
Device: iPad Pro 11" 2020

And I cant send a video because “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.”
