Hi,
Is there a way to extrude a sketch along its normal and define the length by clicking on the face of another object?

Coming from Fusion, there are multiple options when extruding, and “to object” is my favorite. I’d really like to have something like this in Shapr.

Thanks!

No, it’s not possible at the moment, but this will be available as part of the [history-based parametric modeling feature set](https://www.shapr3d.com/2023-summer-product-tour) we are working on right now. Make sure you sign up for the beta to be among the first to try it!

In the meantime, for simple shapes, [Replace Face](https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/7874457242268-Replace-Face) _might be_ a usable substitute – you could extrude your sketch to somewhere close to the other object and then use replace face to connect the end faces to the other object. But it’s a different animal, so depending on your base shape or what you want to do it might not be the right solution.
