# File from Beta version cannot be opened

I have been working on a design 2 years ago and i saved the Shapr3D file, but obviously i was working in the Beta version. I do think it was the latest. Now i’m not able to open this file. Is there a way to help me with this?

Please send in the file attached to the support ticket, however it’s not guaranteed it can be recovered. Beta workspaces generally aren’t supported later / in the release app.
