# Fillet/chamfer problem

Hi,

I’m having trouble for some reason creating a fillet between the outside surface of a lofted tube and an extruded face. Both surfaces definitely intersect but I can’t for the life of me add a fillet. One thing I have noticed is that on the intersection no line as such shows up to select. Any ideas?

Hi - @Gelphyn sent over a video that might address the problem. Please have a look.

Using the Union tool, making the two bodies unite, might help you get the prev. expected result
