Hello all,

I’m new here but I have been using Shapr3D since the beginning of the year and have noticed some features and tools changing for better and worse IMO.

The issue im currently having is that if I select multiple edges to round or chamfer, it will do no problem, But it’s when I go back to edit multiple edges to change my mind, the whole object changes size with the fillet and this never has happened before.

This happens with any shape not just the 1 I noticed it happened on first.

I find this quite annoying because I now have to edit each edge separately to prevent the shape changing size with the fillet. This is obviously adding more time to editing😒

There is that new feature “history based modeling” so you could go to history, find _fillet_ step and change size or shape or edges. Its quite intuitive.

There is topic about exactly what you need

> With the release of History-Based Parametric Modeling later this year, we’ll add many new options and parameters to every modeling tool available in Shapr3D. One of my favorites is the updated Fillet command, which will provide much more control over the shape of your blends. For example, we are adding support for Y vertex blends that you can even combine with the Setback option, thereby creating much smoother transitions at vertices where the edges meet tangentially. Can’t wait to ship this! …
