I’m getting more and more nervous about using fillets as they seem to lock you in and then you can’t get rid of them if you need to make adjustments or measurements or copy sections of bodies.

For example in the screenshot, I can with the mouse, move the little arrows to adjust the fillet, but never to zero (0.1mm is the smallest). And if I try to type in ANY value (even one I am able to get to using the mouse), I get the error at the top of the screen. If I can do it with the mouse handles, why can’t I enter a value? And why can’t I get rid of the fillet altogether?

The object in question is a box. It doesn’t have anything strange around the bottom edge. Literally just 4 straight lines with vertical lines going perpendicularly up at the corners. The top of the box is angled but I’m not trying to change the fillet on all face, just one face, or just the bottom of the box.

Hi,
Go to History \> Fillet \> Edit and delete the edge you want.

Then you select rounded corner and pull the arrow you’re not changing filet of that corner you’re offsetting face. Pay attention at the top you can see there the instrument you’re using at the moment.
