So the issue I have is kind of weird, in Shapr on the PC glass works exactly as expected for our use (showcasing personalized steel doors). The issue I seem to run across is that when I activate the AR mode on a phone I can’t see the other side of the model through the glass, i.e. the door handle won’t show through the glass, but it is there when you rotate the model, I have no idea if this is just my phone being outdated (wouldn’t think so, not even 3 years old). Anyone got an idea how to fix this? It makes for a weird viewing experience, seeing the world through a pane of glass, but the other side of the door just not existing.
